Guardian Life seeks a Network Partnership Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of its key account leasing relationships on a fully remote basis in the United States. You will serve as the primary contact for partner coordination, issue resolution, and ongoing account support.

Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will drive communications, audits, credentialing, compliance, and regulatory activities, including Medicare-related standards.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare provider networks, managed care, dental or medical benefits administration, or third-party administrator relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned key account leasing relationships, primary contact for partner coordination.
• Develop and manage provider and partner communications, including network updates and inquiries related to participation and reimbursement.
• Coordinate and support audit, credentialing, compliance, and regulatory activities including Medicare-related standards.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to research issues, identify trends, and implement solutions.
• Maintain records, reporting, and tracking to monitor activity and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and provider experience to grow leased network relationships.
• Assist team members with inquiries and operational activities for other network leasing and rental partnerships.
• Provide cross-functional support during peak periods or special projects.
• Contribute to initiatives strengthening partner relationships and engagement.
