Job summary

Guardian Life seeks a Network Partnership Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of key account leasing relationships and coordinate provider communications, audits, and regulatory activities, ensuring adherence to Medicare standards.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, improve processes, and support the Network Strategy team with leasing and rental partner activities. Remote role with 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider relations or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare provider networks or managed care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned key account leasing relationships.
• Develop and manage provider and partner communications.
• Coordinate and support audit, credentialing, compliance, and regulatory activities (Medicare-related).
• Partner with stakeholders to research and resolve complex provider issues and identify trends.
• Maintain records, reporting, and KPIs for account activity and requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and provider experience.
• Support network leasing and rental partnerships activities as needed.
• Assist in cross-functional projects and partner implementations.
• Contribute to initiatives strengthening partner relationships and performance.
