Job summary

Guardian is seeking a Network Partnership Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of key account leasing relationships, serving as the main point of contact for partner coordination and issue resolution. You will develop provider communications, support audit and credentialing activities including Medicare standards, and work with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and track performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider relations, network management, or healthcare operations.
• Knowledge of provider networks, managed care, or payer relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned key account leasing relationships.
• Coordinate provider communications, updates, and inquiries on participation and reimbursement.
• Support audits, credentialing, and regulatory activities including Medicare standards.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve complex provider issues.
• Maintain records, reporting, and KPIs for account activity and compliance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance provider experience and partnership outcomes.
