Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider relations, network management, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare provider networks, managed care, benefits administration, or third-party administrator relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage programs or regulated healthcare products.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned key account leasing relationships and be the primary contact for partner coordination and ongoing account support.
• Develop and manage provider communications, including network updates and reimbursement processes.
• Coordinate audits, credentialing, compliance activities, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex issues and monitor key performance indicators.
• Maintain records and reporting to track activity, partner requests, and compliance obligations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance provider experience and partnership performance.
• Support other network leasing, rental partnerships and repricing activities as needed.
