Guardian Life is seeking a Network Partnership Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations for designated key account leasing relationships. You will be the main point of contact for partner coordination, issue resolution, and ongoing account support.

Responsibilities include developing provider communications, coordinating audits and regulatory activities (Medicare-related standards), and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve provider experience and partnership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare provider networks, managed care, dental or medical benefits administration, or TPA relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned key account leasing relationships, acting as primary point of contact for partner coordination and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage provider communications, network updates, educational materials, and responses related to participation and reimbursement.
• Coordinate audit, credentialing, compliance, and regulatory activities ensuring timely completion and documentation.
• Research and resolve complex provider issues with internal and external stakeholders; identify trends and risks.
• Maintain records, reporting, and tracking to monitor activity, requests, compliance, and KPIs.
