Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider relations, network management, healthcare operations, or related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned key account leasing relationships.
• Develop and manage provider and partner communications including network updates and inquiries.
• Coordinate audit, credentialing, compliance, and regulatory activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to research and resolve provider issues and trends.
• Maintain operational records, reporting, and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and provider experience.
