Guardian Life Insurance is seeking a Network Partnership Specialist to oversee day-to-day management of key account leasing relationships and provider communications. The role collaborates across internal teams to ensure audit readiness, Medicare compliance, and strong partner experiences.

The position emphasizes cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and performance tracking while supporting the broader network strategy team with leasing and rental partner activities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in provider relations or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned key account leasing relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for partner coordination, issue resolution, and ongoing account support.
• Develop and manage provider and partner communications, including network updates, educational materials, operational notices, and responses to inquiries related to participation, reimbursement, network access, and related processes.
• Coordinate and support audit, credentialing, compliance, and regulatory activities, ensuring timely completion of requests, accurate documentation, and adherence to applicable requirements, including Medicare-related standards.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to research and resolve complex provider and partner issues, identify trends and risks, and implement effective solutions that support service excellence and partner satisfaction.
• Maintain operational records, reporting, and tracking mechanisms to monitor account activity, partner requests, compliance obligations, and key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the provider experience, strengthen partnership performance, and support the successful growth and administration of leased network relationships.
• Assist team members with inquiries and operational activities related to other network leasing, rental partnerships and repricing.
• Provide cross-functional support during periods of increased volume, special projects, or partner implementations.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at strengthening partner relationships, provider engagement, and operational effectiveness.
