Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider relations or network management.
• Knowledge of healthcare networks, managed care, or payer relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned key account leasing relationships and serve as the primary contact for partner coordination and account support.
• Develop and manage provider communications including network updates and inquiries related to participation, reimbursement, and access processes.
• Coordinate audits, credentialing, compliance, and regulatory activities with timely completion and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve provider issues, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain records, reporting, and tracking to monitor activity, requests, and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and provider experience to support growth of leased networks.
