Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Demand Generation Specialist to amplify channel strategies across web, lifecycle, paid media, and creative. You will connect channels, bring programs to life, and use testing to improve conversion, adoption, and monetization.

You will lead a high-velocity experimentation practice, develop lifecycle and cross-sell programs, and use AI to deliver work with greater speed and scale across web, lifecycle, and paid media channels.

Formación

• 4-6 years in demand generation, growth or lifecycle marketing, or integrated digital marketing.
• Proven campaigns across web, lifecycle/email, paid media, and creative workstreams.
• Hands-on lifecycle programs tied to adoption, engagement, monetization, retention, or cross-sell.
• Experience leading CRO or A/B testing from hypothesis to learnings.
• Experience managing creative agencies and coordinating channel owners and deadlines.
• Dashboards/funnel reports and campaign scorecards driving action.
• Use of generative AI, automation, or agentic workflows in marketing.
• Strong analytical judgment and proactive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Create a High-Velocity Experimentation Practice.
• Build and manage an A/B testing roadmap across landing pages, forms, creative, lifecycle journeys, and digital channels.
• Define success metrics, hypotheses, tests, and scale decisions.
• Build dashboards and scorecards linking experiments to funnel outcomes.
• Build Lifecycle Monetization and Cross-Sell Programs with lifecycle and channel strategists.
• Define audiences, journeys, triggers, messages, and next-best actions.
• Analyze journey performance to improve engagement, conversions, and downstream value.
• Drive the campaign calendar and operating rhythm across audiences, moments, and channels.
• Translate strategies into executable plans with clear owners and launches.
• Lead AI-enabled planning, analysis, and delivery; create reusable agents and workflows.
• Oversee creative-agency delivery from brief to asset delivery; manage timelines and risks.
