BCforward seeks an Integrated Demand Generation Specialist to amplify channel strategies across web, lifecycle, paid media, and creative. This remote EST or CST role focuses on accelerating campaigns, optimizing conversions, and monetizing lifecycle journeys.

You will lead a high-velocity experimentation practice, build cross-sell programs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns from plan to launch with AI-enabled workflows.

Formación

• 4–6 years in demand generation, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or integrated digital marketing.
• Experience delivering campaigns across web, lifecycle or email, paid media, and creative workstreams.
• Hands-on experience building lifecycle programs tied to adoption, engagement, monetization, retention, or cross-sell.
• Experience leading CRO or A/B testing programs from hypothesis to measurement and learnings.
• Experience managing creative agencies and coordinating channel owners, dependencies, and launch deadlines.
• Experience building dashboards, funnel reports, and campaign scorecards.

Responsabilidades

• Create a High-Velocity Experimentation Practice with CRO across landing pages, forms, and digital channels.
• Build lifecycle monetization and cross-sell programs with audiences, journeys, triggers, and next-best actions.
• Drive integrated campaign execution with a clear calendar, owners, milestones, and launch criteria.
• Lead with AI to accelerate planning, analysis, and campaign delivery; build reusable agents and templates.
• Lead creative-agency delivery from brief to asset delivery, ensuring timelines and asset readiness.
