Job summary

Follett Software is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team in the United States. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to accelerate pipeline and revenue, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and product teams to translate business needs into actionable campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in B2B marketing, hands-on AI tool experience, and Salesforce expertise, with a track record of data-driven insights and successful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in demand generation, campaign marketing, digital marketing, or related B2B marketing (EdTech a plus).
• Experience applying AI tools, automation, and agentic workflows in marketing with sound judgment.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid media, webinars, events, content, partner programs) with measurable outcomes.
• Experience using Salesforce to analyze performance and manage campaigns and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work with marketing and GTM partners to develop, implement, and measure integrated campaigns that drive revenue growth.
• Translate business needs into campaign briefs, audience priorities, messaging, offers and activation plans.
• Leverage AI tools to improve planning, content development, reporting, optimization, and efficiency.
• Coordinate campaign production across channels, tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels and monitor full-funnel performance for insights and optimization.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on revenue, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Create campaign documentation, calendars, status, and KPI reporting to support execution.
• Develop optimization strategies for testing audiences, messaging, content, segmentation, offers, and tactics.
