Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking an Integrated Demand Generation Specialist III for a remote role in the United States. You will amplify channel strategies across web, lifecycle, paid media, and creative, connecting channels and optimizing campaigns with AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities include building a high-velocity experimentation practice, managing CRO/testing roadmaps, and creating dashboards that tie experiments to funnel outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, or integrated digital marketing.
• Proven track record delivering campaigns across web, lifecycle or email, paid media, and creative workstreams.
• Hands-on experience building lifecycle programs tied to adoption, engagement, monetization, retention, or cross-sell.
• Experience leading CRO or A/B testing programs from hypothesis to measurement and application of learnings.
• Experience managing creative agencies and coordinating channel owners, dependencies, and launch deadlines.
• Experience building dashboards, funnel reports, and campaign scorecards that drive action.
• Demonstrated use of generative AI, automation, or agentic workflows to speed up marketing work.

Responsibilities

• Create a High-Velocity Experimentation Practice and an actionable A/B testing roadmap across landing pages, forms, and channels.
• Define success metrics, hypotheses, tests, launches, and decisions on what to scale.
• Build dashboards and scorecards linking experiments to funnel performance and outcomes.
• Develop Lifecycle Monetization and Cross-Sell programs with lifecycle and channel strategists.
• Define audiences, journeys, triggers, messages, and next-best actions to drive product adoption and engagement.
• Drive integrated campaign execution across web, lifecycle, paid media, and creative partners.
• Lead with AI by building reusable agents, prompts, templates, and workflows to accelerate planning and delivery.
