Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Integrated Demand Generation Specialist III to support our client's developer marketing initiatives.

Remote contract role focusing on cross-channel campaigns, CRO, lifecycle programs, and monetization to drive product adoption and engagement. You will leverage AI, automation, and analytics to optimize planning, execution, and reporting, partnering with strategists, creative teams, and external agencies to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in demand generation, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRO, or integrated digital marketing.
• Proven experience executing integrated campaigns across web, lifecycle/email, paid media, and creative.
• Hands-on lifecycle marketing programs tied to product adoption, engagement, retention, monetization, or cross-sell.
• Experience designing, executing, and measuring A/B tests and CRO initiatives.
• Experience coordinating creative agencies and campaign deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, funnel reports, and performance scorecards.
• Experience using generative AI, marketing automation, or agentic workflows to improve execution.
• Strong PM, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across web, lifecycle, email, paid media, and creative channels.
• Manage campaign calendars, milestones, dependencies, approvals, and launch timelines.
• Translate channel strategies into actionable plans with defined metrics.
• Partner with strategists, creative teams, analytics partners, and agencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop CRO roadmaps, run experiments, and analyze outcomes.
• Build dashboards and scorecards to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop lifecycle initiatives to increase adoption, engagement, retention, monetization, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Utilize AI and automation to improve planning, execution, and reporting.
