Job summary

Sharetec Systems is seeking a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist to run the marketing engine and drive revenue pipeline. You will manage ZoomInfo ABM, Active Campaign, and Webflow, collaborating with the CRO and marketing team to ensure campaigns are measurable and connected to revenue outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in B2B SaaS marketing, strong Salesforce experience, and a proven ability to build ABM programs and nurture sequences that convert.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in demand generation, marketing operations, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on with ZoomInfo and Active Campaign or similar MA platform.
• Experience building ABM campaigns: ICP targeting and account segmentation.
• Webflow experience to build landing pages without developer support.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency: tracking, routing, attribution reporting.
• Experience reporting on marketing-sourced pipeline with credibility.
• Strong analytical capability: dashboards and attribution data.

Responsibilities

• ABM Program Execution — ZoomInfo: ICP lists, intent data, enrichment, territory-level targeting.
• Email Marketing & Campaign Execution — Active Campaign: workflow architecture, segmentation, lead scoring, SFDC integration.
• Landing Page Development — Webflow: build and optimize campaign pages, A/B testing.
• Salesforce Integration & Technical Collaboration: marketing-to-SFDC integrations, lead routing, lifecycle tracking.
• Pipeline Reporting & Analytics: weekly CRO reports, quarterly CAC & marketing ROI analysis.
