Job summary

Sharetec is seeking a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist to own the marketing engine and drive revenue pipeline. You will manage ZoomInfo ABM, Active Campaign, and Webflow, delivering measurable campaigns and accountable results.

This fully remote role (US-only, CA excluded) reports to the CRO and collaborates with marketing, product marketing, and the Salesforce Admin to ensure clean data, consistent nurture, and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in demand generation, marketing ops, or growth marketing for B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with ZoomInfo ABM, Active Campaign, and Salesforce.
• Proven ABM campaign design, ICP targeting, and account segmentation.
• Webflow page building without developer support; strong Salesforce reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own ZoomInfo ABM end-to-end and weekly account prioritization.
• Architect Active Campaign workflows, nurturing, and SFDC integration.
• Build landing pages in Webflow and run A/B tests for conversions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Admin on lead routing and attribution dashboards.
• Deliver weekly marketing-sourced pipeline reports and CAC/ROI analyses.
