Job summary

Everyday Speech is a no-prep digital curriculum that helps educators teach social and communication skills across PK-12. As Demand Generation Manager, you will own how educators discover Everyday Speech—from webinars and partnerships to email and paid campaigns.

This fully remote role supports a distributed team across North America, with work hours aligned to Eastern or Central time. You’ll craft content, test strategies, and drive leads and pipeline while maintaining our product-led approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or EdTech with a product-led motion.
• Track record of growing leads and pipeline across multiple channels; SEO experience is a plus.
• Exceptional writing and editing; translate subject matter into credible content.
• Experience running webinars or events that drive registrations.
• Hands-on experience with paid social and content promotion, incl. managing contractors.
• Data-driven approach: set goals, read analytics, adjust strategy.
• Strong project management; editorial calendars and cross-stakeholder alignment.
• Thoughtful use of AI in workflow with high standards for originality and accuracy.
• Genuine interest in K-12 education and empathy for educators; district knowledge is a plus.
• High ownership: treat content as a core business asset.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and content calendar aligned to the school year.
• Decide channels, and how each moves educators through the funnel.
• Lead product-led content: free resources, lead magnets, and SEO pages.
• Own website content, CTAs, gated/ungated offers, and conversion testing.
• Own the webinar program end to end: topics, speakers, partnerships, follow-up.
• Collaborate with clinical team to translate expertise into credible content.
• Grow co-marketing partnerships with associations and aligned orgs.
• Own monthly content email calendar and campaigns; grow audience.
• Own paid promotion strategy across channels; manage contractors.
• Own search strategy, including AI-generated answers for educators.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to align content with pipeline goals.
• Shape Everyday Speech voice and style, ensure clinical accuracy.
