Job summary

Arcesium is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. You will plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns, from emails to nurture programs, within our marketing automation platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing, and advance an AI-forward approach to improve campaign efficiency and personalization. Remote eligibility is available for specific states, with a competitive base salary and year-end bonus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of demand generation experience, preferably with email campaigns.
• Hands-on experience building campaigns in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
• Understanding of email deliverability, list health, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media in a B2B setting, partnering with sales.
• Proven ability to leverage AI to improve marketing efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns and nurture programs.
• Manage calendar and project workflow for campaigns across stakeholders.
• Support social media plans, including a LinkedIn strategy with sales alignment.
• Test, optimize, and report on campaign performance and health metrics.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve campaign implementation, personalization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
