Everyday Speech is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own how educators discover and try our product. This individual contributor role blends strategic marketing with hands-on content creation across webinars, email, SEO, social, and website content.

You will collaborate with the clinical team and Sales to drive leads, build a school-year content calendar, optimize the funnel, and advance signups. This fully remote role welcomes North America applicants.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in growth marketing for B2B SaaS or EdTech with product-led motion.
• Proven track record of growing leads & pipeline across channels.
• Exceptional writing and editing, ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience translating clinical/education expertise into credible content.
• Experience running webinars or events that drive registrations.

• Own Everyday Speech's demand generation strategy and content calendar.
• Decide channels to invest in and optimize funnel movement.
• Lead with product-led content and optimize SEO pages.
• Own website content, CTAs, and conversion testing.
• Manage end-to-end webinar program.
• Collaborate with clinical team to turn expertise into content.
• Grow co-marketing partnerships with associations and CEU providers.
• Own monthly content email calendar and campaigns.
• Oversee paid promotion and social ads.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success for enablement.
• Shape voice, style, and AI-assisted content standards.
• Measure demand results and report on performance.
