Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand generation roles or marketing roles, preferably in B2B or agency settings.
• Owned paid campaigns, marketing automation, and pipeline reporting.
• Expert in HubSpot and a clean martech stack.
• Fluent in AI-enabled GTM tools and building smarter workflows.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, partnerships and delivery.
• Experience with customer marketing initiatives and lifecycle engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, and events.
• Manage paid media and conversion optimization.
• Own marketing automation, database health, and lead scoring in HubSpot with AI enrichment.
• Design AI-enabled operations workflows to cut manual work and speed execution.
• Own audiences and segmentation; align with Sales for lead handoff and SQL quality.
• Track performance, build AI-assisted dashboards, and analyze ROI.
• Lead customer marketing initiatives including reviews, upsell nurtures and referrals.
• Serve as HubSpot SME and build demos to support marketing and partnerships content.
