Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with eight+ years B2B marketing experience.
• Three+ years in demand generation, revenue marketing, digital marketing, campaign marketing, or ABM.
• Experience partnering with Sales to achieve pipeline and revenue goals and build quarterly/annual plans.
• Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and digital marketing technologies.
• Strong communication, project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned to pipeline and revenue objectives and own quarterly and annual pipeline plans.
• Design and execute integrated demand programs using digital campaigns, webinars, nurture programs, ABM, partner programs, and sales activation motions.
• Activate marketing tactics across the buyer journey with Sales, SDRs, Account Executives, and Partners to align investments with priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Ops, Web, Campaigns, and Corporate Marketing to maximize pipeline performance and establish KPIs.
• Drive optimization through testing, data-driven decision making; present insights to leadership and advise on trends.
• Mentor and coach team members; contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
