Job summary

Hyland Software is seeking a Demand Generation Manager for the Public Sector who will own end-to-end demand strategy and pipeline growth across regions and market segments. The role leverages digital campaigns, ABM, webinars, nurture programs, and partner initiatives, with SDR alignment and field marketing integration.

You will forecast, optimize, and measure revenue impact while serving as a thought leader in marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in B2B marketing and 3+ years in demand gen/ABM
Proven experience partnering with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue
Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and digital marketing tech
Strong communication, project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills
Experience designing integrated demand programs with ABM and partner programs
Willingness to travel ~20%

Responsibilities

Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
Design integrated demand programs using digital campaigns, ABM, webinars, nurture, partners.
Activate marketing tactics across the buyer journey with Sales alignment.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Marketing Ops to maximize pipeline.
Drive optimization via testing and data-driven insights; report to leadership.
Mentor and coach team members and share best practices.
