Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Lead Demand Generation Manager with a Public Sector focus to drive integrated demand programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across assigned regions in the United States. You will own end-to-end demand generation planning, leverage ABM, webinars, nurture programs, partner programs, and field marketing to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Eight+ years of B2B marketing experience.
Three+ years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, digital marketing, campaign marketing, or ABM.
Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and digital marketing technologies and establishing KPIs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned to pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives.
Design and execute integrated demand programs leveraging ABM, webinars, nurture programs, and partner programs.
Activate marketing tactics across the buyer journey with Sales and SDRs to drive opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, Campaigns, and Corporate Marketing to maximize pipeline performance.
Drive optimization through testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
Mentor, coach, and share best practices across the team.
