ApartmentIQ, a PropTech leader, seeks a Demand Generation Manager for MavenAI to own day-to-day programs that fuel our data tools marketing to multifamily clients. You’ll collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales, Product Marketing and Field teams, running digital, content, events, direct mail and outbound tactics to expand into new verticals and deliver measurable revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation and customer acquisition.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups or tech companies.
• Deep expertise in at least two growth channels (Paid Social/Search, ABM tools, Email Marketing, SEO, or outbound).
• Strong execution bias and systems mindset, with tooling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution & Campaign Management across multiple channels.
• Deploy day-to-day demand gen and ABM programs to drive pipeline.
• Collaborate on target accounts, segments, and full-funnel plays.
• Test new channels, creatives and audiences for growth.
• Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and messaging for conversions.
• Run rapid experiments on copy, creative assets and outbound tactics.
• Monitor ROI, pipeline velocity, and escalate insights to leadership.
• Ensure proper campaign tracking, lead routing, scoring and attribution.
• Track ad spend and forecast campaigns to use resources efficiently.
• Raise pipeline predictability through consistent demand programs.
