Job summary

Informa TechTarget is hiring a Campaign Fulfillment Manager to join the Client Delivery team, supporting demand generation campaigns from start to finish. You’ll manage behind-the-scenes campaign workflows, ensure requirements are met, and provide performance reports to Sales and Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, management or business preferred but not required).
• 0-2 years of experience (experience as Campaign Manager a plus, but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated self-starter and extremely reliable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The ability and willingness to understand the targeted needs of B2B advertisers, IT professionals, and the IT industry as a whole.
• Solid time management skills with the ability to multi-task, work independently and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer application literate.

Responsibilities

• Manage all behind-the-scenes aspect of a demand generation program.
• Collect, assess and communicate complex campaign requirements.
• Track and monitor progress and health of all campaigns.
• Provide top-notch customer service by providing quality assurance on all outgoing deliverables and ensuring customer program goals are accurately met.
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign and/or customer-facing issues.
• Provide status and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success and Client Delivery Leadership.
• Manage and monitor forecasted revenue.
• Use various reports to monitor pacing of programs and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery on all standard deals.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects as the need arises.
