Job summary

Informa TechTarget, based in Auburndale, MA, is seeking a Campaign Fulfillment Manager to drive demand generation campaigns from start to finish. You will manage behind-the-scenes program aspects, gather complex campaign requirements, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in campaign management or related role a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand B2B advertisers and IT industry needs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all behind-the-scenes aspects of a demand generation program.
• Collect, assess and communicate complex campaign requirements.
• Track and monitor progress and health of all campaigns.
• Provide quality assurance on all deliverables and meet client goals.
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues with cross-functional teams.
• Provide status and performance reports to leadership.
• Monitor forecasted revenue and campaign pacing.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.
