Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Auburndale, MA is seeking a Campaign Fulfillment Manager to join the Client Delivery team supporting Demand Generation campaigns. You will manage behind-the-scenes aspects of campaigns from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery and accurate goals are met.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; marketing/management or business a plus
• 0–2 years of experience; Campaign Manager experience a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated self-starter and extremely reliable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with B2B advertisers and IT professionals in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer applications

Responsibilities

• Manage all behind-the-scenes aspect of a demand generation program
• Collect, assess and communicate complex campaign requirements
• Track and monitor progress and health of all campaigns
• Provide top-notch customer service by ensuring quality of outgoing deliverables
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign and customer-facing issues
• Provide status and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success and Leadership
• Manage and monitor forecasted revenue
• Use reports to monitor pacing of programs and coordinate with internal teams for on-time delivery
• Support day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects
