Job summary

TechTarget in Auburndale, MA is seeking a Campaign Fulfillment Manager to join the Client Delivery team, supporting Demand Generation campaigns from start to finish.

You will manage behind-the-scenes aspects of campaigns, ensure goals are met, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership. Strong organization, data-minded approach, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, management or business is a plus but not required.
• 0-2 years of experience; Campaign Manager a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand B2B advertiser needs (IT industry).
• Able to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all behind-the-scenes aspects of a demand generation program.
• Collect, assess and communicate complex campaign requirements.
• Track and monitor progress and health of all campaigns.
• Provide quality assurance on all deliverables and ensure goals are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign and/or customer-facing issues.
• Provide status and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success and Leadership.
• Manage and monitor forecasted revenue.
• Use reports to monitor pacing and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects.
