Job summary

TechTarget is seeking a Campaign Fulfillment Manager in our Auburndale, MA office to drive end-to-end demand generation campaigns. You will coordinate requirements, monitor campaign health, and ensure deliverables meet customer goals.

The role requires 0–2 years of experience, strong organization, and excellent communication. Collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and Client Delivery is essential, with a focus on timely execution and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (marketing, management or business a plus)
• 0-2 years of experience; Campaign Manager a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with B2B advertisers and IT professionals
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage all behind-the-scenes aspects of a demand generation program from start to finish
• Collect and communicate complex campaign requirements
• Track and monitor progress and health of all campaigns
• Provide quality assurance on all deliverables and meet customer program goals
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign or customer issues
• Provide status and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success and Client Delivery Leadership
• Manage and monitor forecasted revenue
• Use reports to monitor pacing and ensure timely campaign delivery on standard deals
• Support day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects as needed
