Informa TechTarget in Auburndale, MA is seeking a Campaign Fulfillment Manager to lead behind-the-scenes aspects of demand generation campaigns from start to finish. You will ensure campaigns run smoothly, meet client goals, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Leadership.

The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills with a focus on data-driven delivery in a fast-paced environment. Some in-office presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, management or business is required or a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience in Campaign Management or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all behind-the-scenes aspects of a demand generation program.
• Collect, assess and communicate complex campaign requirements.
• Track and monitor progress and health of campaigns.
• Provide quality assurance on all deliverables and ensuring customer program goals are met.
• Identify and troubleshoot campaign and/or customer-facing issues.
• Provide status and performance reports to Sales, Customer Success and Client Delivery Leadership.
• Manage and monitor forecasted revenue and pacing of programs.
• Support day-to-day operational tasks and take on additional projects.
