Job summary

Docker, Inc. is seeking a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to oversee end-to-end engagements in a remote-first environment.

You’ll collaborate with sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners to translate customer requirements into scoped service engagements and guide them through delivery. You will design repeatable service offerings, build reusable assets, and govern delivery using dashboards, risk registers, and milestones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management or equivalent roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise B2B SaaS implementations.
• Ability to build programs from scratch and own ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end engagement governance: scoping, kickoff, delivery, handoff and retrospectives.
• Directly manage customer engagements: plan, governance cadences, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Review scopes with solution architects to ensure estimates and timelines hold in delivery.
• Own customer readiness and handoff to Support and Technical Account Managers.
