Ruby Labs seeks a highly organized Project Owner to own execution quality across a D2C subscription product. You will translate priorities into clear, developer-ready tasks and drive delivery across product, engineering, design, data, and marketing.

This role demands strong agile delivery experience, sharp attention to process, and accountability. Remote-friendly with a focus on high standards and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Project Owner, PM, or Delivery Lead on a live software product.
• Experience writing technical tasks and specs engineers can execute without back-and-forth.
• Experience running agile delivery processes end-to-end.
• Ability to build processes, checklists, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities with stakeholders and maintain a single backlog.
• Own the end-to-end delivery pipeline from backlog to release.
• Define processes, definitions of done, and quality standards across workstreams.
• Drive sprint planning, tracking, and follow-through to prevent stalls.
