Job summary

Collectivus Holdings seeks a Product Owner to lead delivery for its digital product organization, spanning websites, mobile apps, email marketing, and enterprise systems. You turn product direction into shipped work and own the decisions needed to get it there.

The role partners with Scrum Master, UX, developers, and analysts to keep the backlog ready and ensure reliable delivery. 3+ years of ownership and strong Agile knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital product ownership, delivery, or equivalent software product experience.
• CSPO or equivalent Product Owner certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience running delivery for multi-platform teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes for the Collectivus digital product team: scope, sequencing, and committed dates.
• Own backlog sequencing and readiness within the agreed product roadmap.
• Coordinate delivery management, UAT scheduling, and assignment.
• Own sprint commitments and release scope; make go/no-go decisions.
• Translate the Product Manager's long-term vision into an executable product backlog and near-term sprint cycles.
