Job summary

Magnit is seeking an on-site Delivery Partner in Mountain View, CA, to work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. You will leverage Magnit VMS to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain quality client service aligned with the scope of work.

The role covers payroll and staffing desks, potentially spanning multiple product lines. Strong MS Office skills and experience with VMS platforms are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus relevant experience.
• 3+ years in MSP client services or staffing/account management.
• Experience with VMS platforms (Magnit VMS, Fieldglass, Beeline) preferred.
• Experience with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders (hiring managers, vendors/staffing suppliers, candidates).

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day on-site delivery of Magnit’s products/services.
• Maintain quality client service and meet contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work.
• Manage scope of responsibilities which may cover a single product or multiple product lines.
• Maintain SOPs for day-to-day procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement new or enhanced processes to strengthen efficiencies.
• For Payroll desk: ensure screenings and pre-employment checks per client requirements; conduct orientation; maintain Magnit VMS records."
• Handle employee relations issues and escalate serious problems to Delivery Manager as needed.
• For Staffing desk: facilitate fulfillment of temporary requisitions via Magnit VMS; manage relationships with staffing vendors and managers.
• Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey information to approved suppliers; resolve worker, manager, and staffing agency issues.
