Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Delivery Partner (DP) to ensure efficient service delivery to clients. This remote US-based role works with vendors and hiring managers, using Magnit VMS to manage day-to-day operations and SLA adherence.

The DP delivers across payroll or staffing desks as needed, maintains SOPs, and drives process improvements while ensuring compliance with client requirements and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of MSP client services or staffing account management.
• Experience with VMS platforms (Magnit VMS, Fieldglass, Beeline) preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of Magnit’s products/services on-site.
• Maintain quality client service and site operations to meet the Scope of Work.
• Coordinate potential scope across one or multiple product lines.
• Maintain and update SOPs to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement or improve processes to boost efficiencies.
• Payroll desk: oversee screenings, orientation, and records per client requirements.
• Payroll desk: address employee relations issues and escalate when needed.
• Staffing desk: facilitate temporary requisitions via Magnit VMS and manage vendor interactions.
• Meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and brief suppliers.
• Resolve issues affecting workers, managers, or staffing agencies.

About the Role

The Delivery Partner (DP) is responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit’s services to our clients. Located on-site, this position will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams, utilizing our award-winning software, Magnit VMS to ensure smooth service delivery.

What You Will Do

• DP is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit’s products/services
• The DP must maintain quality client service and day-to-day site operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work

• Depending on the size of the team, the DP scope of responsibilities may be limited to one product (payroll, compliance or staffing desk) or may span over multiple product lines
• Maintain an updated SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficiently
• Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies

For Payroll desk:

• Ensure required screenings and pre-employment checks take place in line with client requirements, conduct orientation for all new workers; maintain accurate and complete Magnit VMS records
• Handle critical Employee Relations issues, requesting support and guidance as required
• Resolve and follow-through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker
• Escalate to the Delivery Manager any serious issues that may jeopardize Magnit’s position with the client or staffing supplier, or issues that require the involvement of senior Magnit resources.

For Staffing desk:

• Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through Magnit’s systems (Magnit VMS) and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of staffing desk suppliers and managers

• Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers to empower them for success
• Resolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, manager and staffing agency

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Management Service Provider (MSP) client services, account management in staffing, or full cycle recruitment.
• Experience working with VMS platforms (e.g., Magnit VMS, Fieldglass, Beeline) preferred
• Experience with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders (hiring managers, vendors/staffing suppliers, candidates)

Compensation:

Salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 USD annually.
