Lever, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager - Token Factory in Spain to build the operational framework across sales, delivery, engineering and customer success.

You will ensure AI customers move from PoC to production with clear ownership, documentation and well-defined processes. Qualifications

• Experience in cloud, AI and SaaS operations environments.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering and Delivery.
• Strong focus on risk identification, process improvement and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational processes across active PoC and production customers.
• Maintain transitions from PoC to production with context across teams.
• Document complex operational scenarios including migrations and contract renewals.
• Define processes for customer offboarding and scope reductions.
• Triage incidents with Solutions Architecture and Support teams and manage escalations.
• Support lifecycle changes involving legal entities, contracts, and SKU updates.
• Develop operational guidance for Account Executives and Sales Ops.
• Align post-sales processes with cloud operating standards.
• Improve upsell processes and produce production transitions and billing setup.
• Maintain a single source of truth for customer health, workloads and contracts.
• Track renewals and capacity changes while surfacing risks.
• Improve handoffs across Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering and Delivery.
• Lead automation across Salesforce, Jira and back-office systems.
