Ladders seeks a Head of Delivery, AI Operations to lead delivery operations for AI services, focusing on executing complex work streams at scale with strong quality, speed, and cost discipline. This role partners closely with sales, business development, and cross-functional teams to support client growth and ensure delivery models are operationally sound, while strengthening automation and workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience in AI services or related fields.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI workflows, and multi-modal data structures.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and technologies.
• Strong interest in Robotics and Physical AI advancements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for engaging with diverse teams and clients.
• Proven track record in high-velocity environments focused on outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from complex data.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of AI services including data collection, annotation, and testing.
• Lead a global team to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to support new client proposals.
