Job summary

Waterfield Tech is seeking an experienced Delivery Owner to oversee delivery outcomes for customer experience and contact center modernization engagements. You’ll manage scope, time, quality, and margins across multi-vendor integrations and AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 7+ years delivering complex technical services engagements.
• 3+ years in delivery leadership accountable for outcomes and margin.
• Experience with delivery economics—burn vs. plan, estimates to completion, margin variance, change orders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes across a portfolio of customers and projects.
• Lead the delivery team and governance for the engagement.
• Define scope, dates, and deliverables in collaboration with the pricing team.
• Establish delivery approach, standards, and kickoff readiness.
• Connect deliverables to customer ROI and value realization.
• Manage change control and escalation decisions.
• Own cost inputs, burn rate, and forecast margin risk.
• Lead executive delivery conversations with the client.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, CS, and pricing for renewals and expansions.
