Job summary

Bdcrimetimes is seeking an Operations Processor to handle data entry, file maintenance, and reconciliation across participant and client records. The role supports our operations with attention to accuracy and efficient processing in a fast-paced environment.

This position is remote-first with onboarding and two weeks of in-person training at the Carrollton, TX corporate office. After onboarding, the role remains remote with required training completion and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of data entry experience with accuracy and deadlines.
• FSA/COBRA/Benefits knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with internal data entry systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter participant and client data with 98% accuracy.
• Maintain client and participant records across internal systems.
• Research and resolve data entry errors within 24 hours.
• Build relationships with internal teams addressing inquiries.
• Perform monthly file reconciliation during audits.
• Manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
