Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Delivery Operations Analyst to connect GTM and Delivery Engineering within a unified system. You will own operational processes, data quality, and automation moving opportunities from GTM brief through commercial approval to delivery assignment.

You will manage data across Salesforce and Mission Control to support delivery execution. A core goal is to design, implement, and continuously improve automation across the GTM-to-Delivery workflow, including Deal Desk and related

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM and business operations systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple teams.
• Ability to convert nebulous ideas into actionable steps and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational process for new customer briefs from GTM to Deal Desk and routing for approval.
• Coordinate the transition from commercial approval to the Engineering Program Manager for delivery assignment.
• Track opportunities through pre-delivery stages, identifying actions, blockers, and missing information.
• Maintain accurate data from the Deal Desk in Salesforce and Mission Control.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and playbooks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate manual processes across GTM-to-Delivery workflow.
