Job summary

Spice is seeking an Operations Analyst for Delivery Marketplaces to own weekly performance data across Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub. This fully remote contractor role focuses on clean data, accurate tracking, and building promos with platform integrations.

You will work with SQL, dashboards, BI tools, and AI workflows, with English communication on live calls and Slack collaboration close to US clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English, written and spoken, for live calls.
• Experience with delivery marketplaces (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.).
• Strong Excel/Spreadsheet work and data wrangling in exports.

Responsibilities

• Pull weekly performance from delivery platforms and compute ROAS, net payout %, conversion rate.
• Process raw exports and update client trackers.
• Build promos across platforms and ensure menu accuracy in Toast, Square, and Deliverect.
• Daily morning ops check across all active accounts.
