Job summary

CookUnity in the United States is seeking a Staff Data Analyst for Marketplace Insights. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to uncover behavioral patterns that drive discovery and ordering, and to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in similar analyst roles.
• Experience partnering with product, marketing and commercial teams.
• Ability to develop self-service dashboards in Tableau.
• Strong data storytelling and experimentation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketplace and Menu teams to analyze user behaviors.
• Develop interactive Tableau visualizations for stakeholders.
• Define metrics frameworks and customer segments.
• Design and analyze experiments and learnings with product teams.
• Map learning needs into roadmaps with Product and UX teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve data collection and schemas.
• Mentor other analysts and promote self-service insights.
