Job summary

Factored is seeking a Delivery Manager to spearhead planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact, complex projects in a fully remote role for US-based clients. You will own the full lifecycle, ensure on-time delivery, and align technical and business objectives with senior leadership.

You will drive agile delivery, mentor teams, manage risks, and maintain executive visibility. This role offers equity participation and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from inception to transition.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery from scope to final release, ensuring on-time, within-budget, high-quality outcomes.
• Define measurable goals with senior leadership and be accountable for delivering them.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients across the full lifecycle and translate their voice into decisions.
• Drive delivery using agile principles, plan sprints, manage release calendars, and communicate risks clearly.
• Lead engineering teams, unblock impediments, and maintain high velocity.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Oversee integration of client requirements into the roadmap and maintain executive visibility.
• Establish PMO standards and agile frameworks to raise operational excellence.
• Analyze performance data to extract ROI insights and drive continuous improvement.
