Job summary

Accenture seeks a Delivery Lead Manager to oversee a remote, nationwide service-delivery operation. You will ensure delivery of the agreed scope, drive profitability improvements, and implement high-performance processes across contact center and back-office functions.

You will mentor staff, manage staffing and capacity, and collaborate with project managers on complex initiatives. Travel to Albuquerque, NM may be required; hours align with MST.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in people management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in contact center management.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in Medicaid.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery work across multiple service delivery operations.
• Drive optimization of delivery of standard solutions within areas of expertise.
• Deliver agreed scope of services while achieving profitability improvements and productive gains.
• Analyze team performance against benchmarks and present options for improvement.
• Manage staffing, pyramid mix, utilization, cost to serve and capacity of staff.
