United Concordia Dental in the United States seeks a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from definition through transition. The role coordinates cross‑functional teams, maintains the integrated plan, and ensures delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.

The incumbent will partner with sponsors, business owners, and vendors, manage risks and decisions, and support governance forums. A background check and DoD-related requirements apply.

Formación

• 1–3 years experience as a project manager or in a project leadership role.
• US citizen and ability to pass a background check.
• PMP certification or comparable project management training preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery in a matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria for initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery across business, technology, operations, and vendors.
• Maintain integrated plans, RAID logs, and decision logs.
• Facilitate governance forums and status reporting to sponsors and leadership.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and changes with clear ownership.
• Ensure delivery meets documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
