Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from definition through transition, ensuring alignment with sponsor objectives and delivering cross-functional results.

You will own the integrated schedule, RAID logs, risk management, and governance artifacts, driving timely decisions and ensuring outcomes meet scope, cost, quality, and readiness expectations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience leading projects, initiatives, or complex cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from definition through transition with clear delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, technology, operations, and other delivery partners.
• Maintain a current RAID log, risk management, dependencies, decisions, and governance artifacts.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, readiness, and delivery commitments against approved plans.
• Prepare sponsors and governance bodies for decisions by framing implications and recommendations.
