United Concordia Dental is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from definition through delivery in a healthcare technology setting. You will create delivery clarity, coordinate cross-functional execution, maintain evidence, and guide sponsor decisions to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires disciplined planning, risk and change control, stakeholder engagement, and governance facilitation across business, IT, clinical, regulatory, and vendor partners.

Competenze

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, healthcare administration, operations, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced education or professional development in project management, business, technology, healthcare administration, change management, or related discipline.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery planning and initiation for complex initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across business, technology, operations, clinical, regulatory, finance, data, and vendors.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, cost, quality, readiness, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain a RAID log and governance artifacts; ensure decisions are captured and actioned.
• Deliver governance-ready status updates and evidence of delivery health.
• Oversee project closure, transition to operations, and benefit realization.
