Zusammenfassung

Maximus is seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee development, maintenance, testing, and implementation of a large-scale healthcare system for State Medicaid clients. This role provides delivery leadership across multiple teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions for a COTS healthcare product.

The role partners with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent delivery, effective processes, and onboarding of new Medicaid customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software delivery experience with 5+ years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Experience overseeing delivery for enterprise healthcare systems, preferably Medicaid-related.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to present to executives.
• Experience managing and supporting matrixed teams.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools.
• Understanding of SDLC, requirements verification, release and change management, and maintenance.

• Serve as the point of contact for project technology issues and client interface.
• Manage expectations, evaluate needs, and communicate with stakeholders on urgency and priority.
• Develop trust and client relationships; add value to internal and external initiatives.
• Review all deliverables for quality, accuracy, and contractual compliance.
• Lead project management functions: work breakdown, cost estimation, scheduling, progress tracking, staffing.
