Job summary

Sapiens is seeking a Delivery Operations Excellence Partner to drive consistency, rigor, and quality in project management governance across Delivery Operations. This dual-focus role combines governance & controls with delivery excellence & project management enablement within a SaaS-focused delivery model.

Based in a remote-capable environment, you will define standard lifecycles, KPIs, reporting, and escalation paths, and partner with Finance and PMOs to embed best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in governance for delivery operations or PMO.
• Experience with SaaS delivery and multiple projects.
• Strong change management and milestone planning skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standard project lifecycle governance.
• Develop KPIs, risk management, and escalation paths.
• Own reporting standards and governance forums.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Finance, and PMOs to embed standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery governance.
