Job summary

Sapiens International Corporation N.V. seeks a Delivery Operations Excellence Partner to drive governance and delivery excellence in a SaaS environment.

This role sits at the center of Delivery Operations during the SaaS transition, enabling standardization and continuous improvement across multiple projects. Responsibilities include defining lifecycle governance, reporting standards, KPI ownership with Finance, and fostering a learning culture through lessons learned and centralized knowledge

Qualifications

• 7+ years of governance experience in delivery operations or PMO, preferably SaaS.
• Experience applying scope control, change management, and KPI tracking.
• Strong milestone planning, stage gates, and acceptance practices.
• Ability to navigate escalations and decision rights in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with lessons learned processes and knowledge repositories.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standard project lifecycle governance across PS engagements.
• Own reporting standards and governance actions; drive improvements.
• Monitor adherence to governance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Enable delivery flows, data standards, and PM enablement across teams.
• Define milestone plans, acceptance criteria, and quality gates.
