Job summary

Sapiens International seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead client implementations of Sapiens’ software offerings. You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent STEM discipline.
• PMI certification, PRINCE2 or other advanced PM credential.
• Minimum ten years leading software projects for customers.
• Experience delivering to Tier 1 Carriers.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Coaching, mentoring and training customers and staff.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Project, Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects with finance, legal and sales.
• Prepare client-tailored sales materials and license agreements.
• Manage project resources and matrix manage analysts, developers, and QA testers.
• Draft and maintain implementation blueprint documents and project plans.
• Estimate budgets and monitor costs against forecasts.
• Provide inputs and reports to client governance processes and PMO.
• Manage risks, changes, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery and support issues.
